In my last post about the Apple Genius Bars, I explained that one reason for success is their personality. Well, to expand on the idea of corporate personality, you need to check out this video for the Toyota Sienna, called “Swagger Wagon.”
Of course this video’s success has a lot to do with understanding the audience. If you’re targeting corporate executives, you wouldn’t want to use this style of video. Toyota scores with this one (just look at the number of views) because they’re targeting an audience who doesn’t want to be considered “boring.”
