When the team at Salesforce decided to host a scaled-back in-person version of their Dreamforce event in San Francisco this year, they didn’t take safety lightly.
They started by capping it at just over 1,000 attendees, and the entire event was hosted in the great outdoors. With carefully controlled access, all attendees needed not only proof of vaccination, but also pre-event negative test results.
All of these things were clearly communicated to attendees before and during the event, including a buddy system that paired each attendee with a Salesforce employee to provide guidance along the way.
