Everyone’s trying to do more with less, but some cost-cutting ideas work better than others. And some can even prove to have a negative effect on results. So what have you found to save money, yet still produce good results?

These were a few suggestions from around the office:
– Consolidate shipping, send everything at once if possible.
– Don’t send more people than you need. (Bonus: If this leaves you with extra badges, give them to customers who can’t get in.)
– Sometimes adding padding under cheap carpet is more cost-effective than just using expensive carpet.
