In keeping with our theme from this week’s podcast on wellness … for years I’ve said I wished I could create the perfect trade show shoe. (If so, I’d make a fortune from exhibitors around the world!)
I know I’ve tried all kinds of shoes, and found a few that are at least tolerable. One great tip is to bring a spare pair to the booth and change mid-day. That helps to refresh your feet, legs and back. Of course putting your feet up at the end of the day (whenever possible) can help too.
But back to that concept of what shoes to wear … while there may not be such a thing as a ‘perfect’ shoe, TSNN has compiled a list of podiatrist-recommended comfy options for both men and women. And as a bonus, they’re rather stylish as well!
